This is an Alpine lake in the Bernese overland and very close to Interlaken.
We discovered it when we first visited Interlaken and decided to stay there on our second trip to Switzerland because it’s very calm and peaceful. It’s also away from the tourists and a very quick drive (15 minutes) to the main attractions.
