An hour drive from Copenhagen City Centre by car or a combination of train/bus/tram (around 1h45 journey) - take the train from Central Station to Helsingor, walk a few metres to reach the tram, take tram to Hornbæk. Follow the signs and walk for around 10- 15 mins. If you want to take the bus at the Hornbæk station, its a 5 mins walk from the bus stop to the beach
