When you arrive at the train station of Cascais, walk to the south of the centre along the Tagus river. Then you stop at the Av. Rei Humberto II de Itália where you are on a bridge. On your right you'll see the Museu Condes de Castro Guimarães and on your left you'll have this amazing spot to the Santa Marta Lighthouse + museum.
The spot on the Santa Marta Lighthouse left us just speechless. Thanks to this we discovered as well a little beach right under the bridge, which was surrounded just by a few locals and not that many tourists. So, a perfect, breathtaking spot to relax outside the touristic places.
